Sign it, then
Fax it to us at 478.994.8724. You may also attach it to an email and send it to accounts@nxtecproducts.com
Your credit application will usually be processed in 1-3 business days, and your order will go out as soon as you are approved. Once you are on 30 days, the next time you order, just enter your purchase order number on the checkout page and you are all set...your order will usually go out the same day.
