Back Orders are almost none-exsistent, due to our ability to fill short shippments from multiple warehouses.

If merchandise recieved is defective, NXTEC Products will replace, upon inspection, all products that are found to be flawed. In order to return merchandise or products to NXTEC, you must be issued an RMA number. Items shipped to us without a RMA number will be refused.

How to obtain a RMA number? Simply us the "Contact Us" form, email us or call us. We will require a little additional information in order to determine if the request is valid. If your request is due to a "damage shipment" please notify us immediately.
